A.C.T. Services, Inc., is a full-service Indianapolis certified public accounting firm that was founded by our CEO, Tina Moe, in 2002. The firm currently includes a dozen staff members who enjoy working with individual taxpayers and small and medium-sized businesses in central Indiana and beyond. BUSINESS-OWNER SERVICES Our staff is dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs of all types on their journeys— from starting a small business to managing payroll for a large number of employees to acting as the Controller or CFO, providing the strategic guidance you need.
