Who is Good Neighbor Fund
Good Neighbor Fund (GNF) is dedicated to leveling the playing field for entrepreneurship by providing $1,000 micro-grants to under-resourced and underrepresented founders, primarily at the ideation stage. Inspired by Buffalo’s nickname "The City of Good Neighbors," we aim to address critical gaps in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, offering not just financial support but also belief capital to inspire and empower new and diverse founders.
We are committed to empowering individuals who are often overlooked by traditional funding avenues, particularly women and BIPOC entrepreneurs. Our mission extends beyond funding; we provide mentorship, networking opportunities, and community support to help turn innovative ideas into viable businesses. By fostering a diverse and inclusive entrepreneurial environment, GNF seeks to enhance economic diversity and innovation within our chapter cities, creating more vibrant and resilient communities.
Chapters currently hosted in Western New York and Denver, Colorado.
