Prior to joining Turning Point Brands, Alicia served as the Vice President, Human Resources North America and Corporate and Global Functions at Perrigo Company (NYSE: PRGO) where she was responsible for leading the Global Talent Management team, Office of Diversity and Inclusion as well as the HR Business Partner team for six corporate divisions for a $3 billion dollar business segment. Alicia is no stranger to service, as she devotes much of her time in the community. She has served on the board of many local non-profit organizations, such as the Greater Ottawa County United Way, Friends of CASA of Ottawa County, Lakeshore Youth Network Center, Spectrum Zeeland Community Hospital Foundation and most recently the Women's Resource Center of Grand Rapids. Alicia is a two-time recipient of the Athena Scholarship Award and in 2011 she was highlighted by Cornerstone University as one of the top 11 Alumni excelling in Business, Health or Law. In 2016 and 2020, Alicia was awarded the Perrigo CEO Award to recognize her outstanding contribution to the workplace. Her motto: “Whatever you choose to do in life, always give it 110%”
