After over 20 years in sales and management within the hospitality industry, I am proud to lead Team Danio Connect. We are dedicated to bringing people together in a way that is based on shared values. I was fortunate to have been raised in a family that valued kindness and community service. While I love spending time with my family and enjoying a good book, a great meal, and a glass of wine, I know that others don’t necessarily have opportunities to do the same. Throughout my life, my family and I have been very active in our church and involved in community outreach, but I knew I could do more. I began volunteering with organizations like the Mental Health Association DE, the Alzheimer’s Association, and Cecil County Animal Services. I am a the Delaware Developmental Disabilities Council Adult Issues Council and am on the leadership board of the Arthritis Foundation. In November 2018, I will begin proudly serving as Vice President of the board of the Brain Injury Association of Delaware. One of the lessons I’ve learned over my career is that even if I’m having a bad day, there are others in the world in need of help who have been dealt a far worse hand than I. Keeping this in mind allows me to bring positivity to my work. Giving back to my community through the technology we develop makes my job feel more like outreach. I am truly grateful that I don’t feel like I “work” for a living anymore; I help change lives for the better through Danio Connect!
