I have honed my expertise in implementing growth strategies which involve risk management with a holistic vision and experience in HR transformation, ethics, payroll, taxes, financial controlling. I am passionate about delivering results through continued personal growth and customer focused system and process enhancements. Working on empowering companies to accelerate and scale through access to better technology, processes, and ecosystem helping them deliver under sustainable goals and the practice of positive leadership to generate greater professional success. I have an MBA in Technology, a Master’s in business management in sports, a Master´s in Applied Sciences, Fintech Harvard Business school program, and am on-track to graduate with an executive Master´s in Fintech, proficiency in 6 languages and a previous career as a professional basketball player and Captain. Previously, I had also served as a Board member/ CFO for Green Natur Group, I have been troubleshooting complex problems brought on by COVID-19 to keep the company afloat and its more than one hundred employee’s families safe and with secure wages. My leadership and creative solutions, which focus on building deeper client relationships and managing risk and budgets, have positioned the company to come back stronger than ever while many in the industry were closing their doors. In my prior position as a CFO in Sojuela Golf, I contributed through a strategic and creative planning to a 26% year-over-year growth and transformed an underperforming golf course into the winner of the prestigious IAGTO “Undiscovered Golf Destination of the Year” award. Through my professional network and raising customer & employees’ satisfaction by defining clear objectives, key results, and serving as the company’s liaison to ensure projects were delivered successfully on time and within budget, I participated to grow up other organizations such as Golf de Barcelona, Parcours Gourmand Paris, and Cirtus Club.
