I am proud of my expertise in sales, marketing, eLearning, product certification, state licensing, and security industry compliance. In my current role as the CEO of The CMOOR Group, I lead the overall executive vision and oversee product development and implementation of strategic plans to facilitate growth. Since founding the company in 2000, I have led CMOOR to be an industry-recognized business, achieving sustainable profitability and personally securing contracts with Fortune 500 companies. I focus my energies on building a better business, serving customers more effectively, and providing innovative solutions to clients, all while keeping integrity at the forefront of what I do. As the CEO of CMOOR and SecurityCEU.com, I strive to ensure that my team is fully accountable to our clients and partners on all levels. I take that responsibility seriously because a company should exist to serve the customer, please the customer, and delight the customer! As the leader of our company, my job is to instill that mission in all of our employees and partners. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Louisville. I served on the board of a 501 (c) 3, as the Executive Director of School Dangers Organization from 2017-2018. I am an active member of ASIS, The Monitoring Association, SIA, Moms in Security Global Outreach, ATD, the Learning Guild, and NAWBO. I now serve as a mentor to young women in STEM career paths through the #IAmAWomanInSTEM initiative and serve as a Board Member for a local non-profit. I am a guest editor for several security industry magazines, writing articles on training, licensing, compliance, and security continuing education.
