I am dreamer, seeker for something path-breaking. Having worked in multiple domains for brief spans says a lot about me, yet so little have I discovered about myself. I am a process oriented social enthusiast with clarity on ends. Living a life of my dreams already, I am in a process to build further dreams to seek fulfillment. I am attracted to pure work and inclined towards traditional approach of working. My ground work began in the slums of South Delhi, got realized in the villages of Hapur district of UP, attained maturity in the villages of Jaisalmer and continues in search. I am fortunate to work for ONGC-CSR projects at pan India level to create a sustainable impact; grateful enough to be part of government projects in Quality Council of India and happy to the core working in NITI Ayoge. I have started my own initiative on Mental Health called Paper Planes. I am trying to create a safe space for people who are going through mental issues and enabling them to open up about it. I wish to remove the stigma around mental illness and aim to bring mental health and happiness. I spend hours in thinking on social issues faced personally by us all differently and keep juggling and ideating on solutions for them. I am also pursuing Masters in Journalism in a hope to discover my Ikigai. As a professional, I am honest, dedicated and reserved, directed towards timely completion of the work. And Yes, I am a strong believer of work-life balance.
