She brings this experience to every client meeting, having “been there, done that” and “don’t do what I did!” ● As a Banker, Deb retired from leading the Woodforest National Bank commercial team in Dallas -- helping owner-managed businesses navigate the financial challenges of growing their businesses profitably. In her 20-year banking career, she was honored to work with the most talented business owners and bankers finding solutions to help her clients succeed. ● As Faculty of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, Deb translates her 30+ years of financial experience in two modules: “Money and Metrics” and “Being Bankable.” She also leads a couple of workshops including "You are the Banker." ● As an Athlete, Deb grew up skiing. She traveled the world as a member of the US Ski Team. ● As an Adventurer, with her young family aboard, Deb and her husband sailed through Central and South American on their 45’ sloop for more than 4 years. In her retirement, she now lives part time on her new sailboat in the Chesapeake. ● As a Speaker, Deb entertains audiences of business owners with topics about financial literacy and leadership (especially empowering women business owners).
