Dustin Miller

Mr. Miller is the Chief Financial Officer of America’s Auto Auction (“AAA”) which is the 3rd largest owner and operator of wholesale auto auctions in the United States. While at AAA, Mr. Miller has been involved with raising over $120 million in debt, equity and sale leaseback capital for the company. Before joining America’s Auto Auction, Mr. Miller was responsible for sourcing and executing transactions in the capital markets for an affiliate of Beal Bank, owned by Dallas billionaire, Andrew Beal, who has an estimated net worth of $6.6 billion as of 2011. While at Beal, he sourced and acquired approximately $2 billion in corporate bonds, syndicated loans, and other debt instruments for the banks investment portfolio. Additionally, Mr. Miller has sourced and acquired commercial real estate assets for the sole owner of Beal Bank, aiding in the purchase and leasing of approximately 536,000 square feet of office space. He has also worked as part of the European business development team that was responsible for cultivating relationships with the major financial institutions throughout the United Kingdom and Germany. Mr. Miller received a B.A. in finance from the University of Mississippi.
