Reed Exhibitions has given me the platform to accelerate my career over the past 12 years. I started with the company as Deputy General Manager in 2008, and was promoted to CEO, Reed Exhibitions Russia in 2017. I was given the management of Turkey and Middle East in 2019. I have a broad range of skills and experience in all aspects of management, including strategy creation and implementation, optimization of event portfolios and synergies, acquisitions and new product launches. I enjoy the challenge of creating positive business environments - have a passion to lead diverse and creative teams and ensuring we have an inclusive and kind culture wherever we operate.   I am a well-connected person with significant relationships in the cosmetics industry, including with the Board of Perfumery and Cosmetic Association of Russia since 2007, serving as their Deputy Chairwoman. Between 2000 and 2020, I was the Vice President of InterCHARM as well as the founding Editor –in-Chief of Cosmetics in Russia Magazine. Travelling is a great passion of mine and I am lucky to have lived and studied in many places. – long may it continue! I love learning about new countries and cultures and have learnt four languages ‘first hand’: Russian, English, Spanish and Italian. Alongside cosmetics and exhibitions, the disciplines of marketing, business, PR and journalism fascinate me. I have an MBA in Strategic Marketing from Stockholm School of Economics as well as an Honours Degree in Public Relations from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO). I have also studied journalism in India and have spent time in the UK studying at the Ashridge Business School and at Harvard Business School in the US.
