My professional career has been diverse and full of learning. I started my career as a commercial salesman in a fruit and vegetable distributor, where I acquired skills in sales and negotiation. After exploring different opportunities, I decided to become an entrepreneur and founded two successful sushi businesses: two delivery services and a sushi catering company. As owner and manager of these businesses, I learned how to manage teams, coordinate events and satisfy customer needs in a competitive market. In the last years, I have focused and trained in the field of IT and digital talent acquisition. Currently, I hold the position of IT & Digital Talent Acquisition Managing Consultant, where I play a key role in identifying and attracting highly qualified professionals such us Backend Engineers, DevOps Engineer/SRE, Data Engineer, among others. My previous experience in sales, entrepreneurship and management roles gives me a unique perspective on the talent recruitment and selection process, and allows me to understand the needs of both candidates and companies.
