I think gap analysis applies to people and their careers; taking where they are and where they want to be and then helping them find what they have to do to accomplish that dream. Everything is doable in steps. Sometimes people struggle with seeing a big picture and the possibilities that come with it and I love to help my team see the long-term effects of something positive and solve for it's roadblocks working backwards. I believe that those who are truly happy with what they do and who they work for, will in turn, make a company ultimately successful and profitable. I've handled an array of Human Resource and Customer Service related functions during my tenure as a Director, Generalist and Recruiter including harassment investigations; terminations; progressive discipline; unemployment claims; wellness campaigns; FMLA; recruitment, training, and onboarding procedure creation and implementation; creation, implementation, and revision of compensation programs; and utilization of social media, such as LinkedIn, to best promote a company and the employee to prospective customers and clientele.
