Over more than 25 years as a trainer and strategist, I’ve worked with companies that range from startups to Fortune 500 companies, as well as athletes, actors, music artists, and other public figures. While the goals, needs, and subject matter vary from client to client, the process I employ provides them with both strategies and tactics to shift their mindset, approach, and patterns of communication to enact meaningful and lasting change. Even when clients hire me for something specific such as preparing to deliver a TED Talk, appear on Shark Tank, or be interviewed by the media, my goal is to elevate their communication skills overall as we prepare them thoroughly for the specific situation(s) they will encounter. This is part of what helps build deep confidence. The practice that is required for mastery is also part of it. (Not everyone loves that part, but if you want to be great, that’s what it takes!) My clients have raised millions of dollars from investors, won deals on Shark Tank, and impressed their bosses and others to the point that people comment on their delivery skills. My clients have masterfully managed interviews with major media outlets, such as Bloomberg Businessweek, CNBC, GMA, Today, CNN, ESPN, Wall Street Journal, NY Times, London Times, Entertainment Tonight, and hundreds of others.
