Monic Christian, a strong independent woman who is passionate about building Indonesia to be a better nation through the maximization of its people potentials & exploring their passion. People used to label her as 3E: Entrepreneur, Educator & Enthusiastic mom. Since she was young, she already knew that she falls in love with Psychology & Broadcasting, however for 1 and many reasons, she cannot took those 2 majors in her formal education, but she took Bachelor Of Commerce instead with double major, in Marketing & Human Resource Management During her career path, she explored different industries and started as Marketing in one of TV Station as Account Executive as she pursue her Passion in Broadcast. After that she continue her career as becoming teachers in one of the most prestigious school in Jakarta at that time. Not long after that, she was required to help one company to grow and she worked there with her last position as a General Manager of HR & Accounting for 5 years. Within 5 years, the company has been stable and she decided to pursue more of her dream in Psychology & making impact for Indonesia as in 2014 she started her new venture called TES BAKAT INDONESIA. Within her leadership, Tes Bakat Indonesia has accomplished few great things beyond expected. In 2017 Tes Bakat Indonesia received a MURI AWARD, as we deliver the most numbers of PASSIONet Online Test in Indonesia.
