Raised in Jakarta and graduating with a degree in anthropology, I bring a unique perspective to the Indonesian entrepreneurial ecosystem with over five years of experience. My journey began at ANGIN as a Program Manager, where I eventually led the ANGIN Advisory division and played a key role in developing the ANGIN Foundation since 2021. Specializing in program development and execution, I am also a grants proposal writer/designer. I have successfully obtained grants from prestigious organizations such as UN Women, USAID Indonesia, GIZ Indonesia, and the Ford Foundation. Currently, I serve as the VP of Program at KUMPUL.ID, where I oversee a team of 23 people and manage more than 13 programs. Our clients include national and international entities from the government, SOEs, and the private sector, all dedicated to supporting startups and SMEs across Indonesia. Additionally, I am collaborating with UN Women Indonesia to create an Impact Report for a women's entrepreneurship program to enhance program effectiveness and support women and social enterprise empowerment.
