• Assist the Head of Leasing on the leasing plan. Identify targets, create the plan to achieve deals, and assist in the annual leasing budget assumptions. • Contact, engage, and close the targeted with property agent. • Prepare Lois & LAs, working with the Head of Leasing (& legal counsel when necessary) to facilitate and expedite lease negotiations from LOI stage to final lease execution. • Prepare and submit accurate lease packages which include all accompanying analysis, checklists, financial reports, etc. • Monitor and repot building vacancy levels to the Head of Leasing. • Monitor lease expirations and proactively contact existing tenants for renewals or extensions. • Assist the Head of Leasing in lease negotiations and provide administratively support. • Act as a liaison between tenants, in-house personnel, legal counsel, consultants and brokers to negotiate, prepare, and review leases and related documents, amendments, renewals, extensions, licenses, terminations, right-of-first-offer & right-of-first-refusal notices, etc. • Oversee internal lease review process. • Maintain a tracking database of all portfolio leasing matters. • Work on marketing materials (e.g. leasing brochures) and promotional events/activities for the retail mall together with the Marketing Specialist • Update company website and outside listing services with current leasing- related information to the Marketing Specialist • Negotiate, draft, and maintain brokerage listing agreements. • Assist in developing property-specific marketing programs with the Marketing Specialist as needed. • Work with the Marketing Specialist to update the information (including any upcoming events and promotional activities related to the retail mall) onto the Company’s Facebook page and other social media channels.
