Experience handling hiring for staff, leaders, managers, and positions above in the tech and non tech positions for a variety of industries, including finance, logistics, mining, and manufacturing, who enjoys learning new things and has skills that are packaged into one personality, among them the main strengths in terms of leadership with the ability to influence, persuade, manage, have a strong sense of responsibility by attempting to fulfill obligations with a results orientation, and have a high energy level. I want to use my abilities to develop solid relationships, excellent communication skills, a passion for candidate care, and years of sourcing experience.
