Ever since I started my career as a hotel bell-boy, wearing one of those round, red hats with the extremely tight chin-strap more than 25 years ago, I became passionate about hospitality and quickly realized how the simple concepts of true service, personal interaction and a genuine smile had the ability to positively impact pretty much everything and everyone. Since then I have worked in various management and leadership roles having collaborated with colleagues, customers and partners internationally for over two decades. My background includes people management, coaching, recruitment, business development, sales, marketing, project/concept implementation, training and consultancy for a number of large, global companies as well as boutique start-ups. My goal is to continue influencing positive change by sharing experiences, learning from those around me and staying true to the fundamentals of human interaction. I deeply believe in the power of communication and have learnt over the years that with mutual understanding and smart collaboration the impossible is achievable - it might just take a little longer sometimes....
