As a Medical Director and Intensivist at Providence, I oversee a team of 12 physicians and one NP in delivering high-quality ICU patient care across multiple units. I am also responsible for the department's strategic planning, operations, and quality initiatives, such as minimizing infection rates and prioritizing cost-effective care.
