Operating globally, the Faubel Group originates in the print, paper and film processing industry. More than 165 years, Faubel has demonstrated its expertise in product labeling. The CCL Faubel GmbH was established at the end of 2023 due to the acquisition of the Faubel Group by CCL Industries Inc. This makes CCL Faubel part of the world's largest label manufacturer, specializing in labels for the pharmaceutical industry and the logistics sector. The product portfolio includes labels made of paper and film as well as smart labels with e-paper and RFID technology. The main focus of the industry is particularly on clinical studies. Together with 300 employees, we are considered solid, innovative, and quality-oriented, and we pursue a clear course to continue growing profitably. CCL Faubel's portfolio includes product lines such as booklet labels, single and multi-layer labels and smart labels featuring RFID and e-paper technology. In addition, the company designs custom packaging solutions for clinical trials e.g. cardboard boxes for blinding IMPs. A proven supplier to the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, the Business Unit CCL Clinical produces multilingual labels for global distribution. Its booklet labels as well as its single and multi-layer labels meet the highest quality standards and can be easily applied using existing packaging systems. The company takes customer-specific and legal requirements into account, i.e. serialization, tamper evidence and authentication. To digitize processes, Faubel provides smart labels featuring RFID and e-paper technology.
