*Opinions here are my own* I work for KPMG AZSA LLC which is one of the member firm of KPMG Japan. I’m in the sustainable value office which delivers sustainable values to clients and markets through sending our insights and latest information of movements regarding to sustainable values or sustainability etc. My major is Corporate Reporting, especially Integrated Reporting which is one of the tools to communicate with stakeholders (especially with investors) regarding to how does the company creates values for short, middle and long term. I have about 5 years experience in this area. I provide advisory services to help clients improve their Integrated reports. In addition, starting 5 years ago, every year I do research on corporate reporting of Japanese companies such as integrated reports, annual securities fillings (“Yuho”) and sustainability reports, and I write insights from our research. The objective of my job is to contribute to develop corporate reporting of Japanese companies more accountable, and then to make the Japanese market more powerful in the global markets. So my job is very excited for me and I’m so satisfied with it, because everyday I learn a lot from my all experiences. Anyway, I’d like to connect to the people especially who are interested in corporate reporting. And now, what’s the most interesting is how does the company embed integrated thinking to their management.
