Worked in the core team to formulate the Corporate, Business & Functional level strategies of Rahimafrooz Group with Palladium Inc. USA. He has the extreme exposure of managing large scale Steel plant and a large number of sales force of 3000 across the map. Mr. Haiat is a prominent trainer and has trained thousands of professionals on the Leadership & Management Development Programs, Strategic Awareness & Business Planning, Emotional & Behavioral Aspects at work, Managerial Communication, Corporate Culture& Value System etc. Mr. Haiat is a regular facilitator in the EMBA & Doctoral Programs of IBA (DU). He also teaches in the Management Development Programs there namely, Advance Certification in Business Administration (ACBA), Human Resource Management Competency (HRMC), etc. As an accomplished Academic, Mr. Haiat has taught 20 plus courses so far at leading Business Schools. He is the Author of three best selling books in Bengali, titled, Boss Management, Office Politics & Career Management by Prothoma Prokason. 'Competency Framework: The HR DNA in Bangladesh Perspective' and 'Netritter Dharona-Netritter Jatona' (Concepts and Challenges of Leadership) are two subsequent books by him which were published from Catalyst Books. Mr. Haiat is an Alumni of Department of Management, University of Dhaka & Jhenidah Cadet College. He has graduated in first class second position both in his Honors & Masters degrees.
