Bring over 26 years of multi-domain consulting experience in the areas of organisation design, leadership development, talent management, strategy, and executive search. 8 years ago I setup Ishwa Consulting, a leadership consulting firm focused on Executive Search, HR Advisory and Leadership Development. At Ishwa, we combine two critical aspects of successful search - knowledge of and access to the talent pool and a structured and rigorous search process. Very proud that in a short span of time, Ishwa has completed over 200 high quality searches that have contributed to distinguished careers and successful companies. Prior to founding Ishwa, I led the Consumer and HR practice at Spencer Stuart, advising clients on their leadership needs by identifying, assessing and recruiting the right leaders for their organization. Before that I was a founder member & Director in the consulting practice of Hay Group, a global HR consulting organization. Have also served on CII’s National Committee for Leadership and HR. Over the past 7 years I have grown increasingly involved with the community. I currently serve on the Trustee Board of Sunaayy Foundation. Sunaayy runs a community based learning program with the objective of providing education to the children from economically weaker backgrounds who are not part of the formal schooling system.
