Convinced by the power of communities, I created the expression "marketing des conversations" and decide to launch in 2004 a new company to provide influence and reputation analysis to organizations : Bolero. Bolero quickly became a leader in opinion watching and a referral to help companies using data to drive their marketing and communication strategy. In 2020, Bolero became Opinion Act to raise awareness on digital insurgency and position itself as an ally for companies to build the social contract needed with consumer-citizens. Two years later, Opinion Act proudly joined the JIN Agency to create the first European player in digital influence consulting, specialized in community activation. My ambition as general manager ? Unleash the power of community with a positive influence to make leaders, companies and brands trusted references. Recognized as a “web sociologist”, I have the capacity to translate social and behavior data into strategic insights for business leaders. This enabled me to advise relevant social influence and digital strategies for big companies and to take part as a speaker in professional master or digital events.
