I am typically described as being a highly-dedicated leader, who is sometimes too intense but nevertheless excels at developing and implementing out-of-the-box business growth strategies. Additionally, my background in design and marketing gives me an edge when developing product marketing strategies designed to drive sales and create brand loyalty. To briefly introduce myself, I started my professional career as a Marketing and Insights Associate and over the years, have moved into progressively more Senior roles. My most recent long-term engagement was a contract role as Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Strategy at Mindfuli – a Virtual Therapy Startup. At Mindfuli I was instrumental in successfully moving a concept into MVP from prototype, and further into a scalable lean startup business. Along the way, I helped build a great brand, lowered the DevOps burden, and successfully led them through their initial scaling challenges to realize first revenue. As my professional career continues to evolve, I remain steadfast in my belief that collaboration is THE key to business success. That’s why I remain committed to sustaining long-term relationships with my past teams, clients, and mentors to making the business world a better place. I believe businesses would do a lot better to focus on top line growth while growing their brands, over cutting costs and "hunkering down". This focus, along with a commitment on recruiting, training, developing and mentoring top-performing teams, has allowed my clients to accomplish the audacious goals we've worked on together. Over the years, I have gotten to know myself fairly well and believe that my unique virtues are my 1. Innovative mindset, 2. Ability to identify and assess Strategic Opportunities, and 3. Develop quantitative metrics to evaluate/improve businesses. These have helped me attract/acquire new clients, harness the power of market and competitive trends, negotiate and manage large investments, and cultivate meaningful relationships across some of the world’s coolest businesses.
