Clay Sandberg

Clay is Chief Financial Officer and one of the founders of SEI Archway Technology Partners. He oversees the financial and administrative matters of the company as well as its parent, Keystone International Holdings and serves as CFO of each of its subsidiaries. Clay helps drive the strategy and execution for Keystone's various businesses and is deeply involved in strategic planning, as well as managing client and partner relationships. Prior to joining Archway, Clay was a Manager at MarketSphere Consulting where he focused on creating solutions to help companies leverage technology to optimize their financial function. He was a former member of KPMG’s Forensic and Litigation Services Practice where he provided expert analysis for the financial and accounting aspects of their legal affairs. Prior to KPMG, Clay was a member of the Strategy, Finance, and Economics (SFE) and Finance & Operations service areas for Andersen’s Business Consulting Practice and has experience in accounting, valuation, financial and operationial improvement, software and entrepreneurship/businnes startup. Clay has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Indiana.
