I love organizing events - it is my life and my passion. For the past 30 years I have been involved in planning events. I own Stylish Events, a London based wedding and events company launched in 2002. I moved to London from Perth, Australia in 1991, where I was an event organiser for the Australian Red Cross Society. Over the next 10 years I was Head of Marketing for three commercial law firms. In the last 18 years I have planned and styled many spectacular events for my private and corporate clients. A specialist in planning weddings in London and the Home Counties, I have also arranged weddings in Italy, the Caribbean and other fabulous overseas destinations. Since 2012 I have run monthly workshops training aspiring wedding planners on the realities of being a wedding planner. In 2017 I was appointed as an Associate Lecturer at Bucks New University where I teach Wedding Planning as part of the degree course. I am visiting speaker at a number of UK Universities running event management degree courses. I am the co-author of 'Wedding Planning for Dummies UK', with Bernadette Chapman of Dream Occasions. Stylish Events is proud to be an Elite Member of the UK Alliance of Wedding Planners.
