During his 30+ years of service to the IT industry, Doug successfully resourced and sold training and consulting services and elevated his skills to become an Executive Sales and Resource Director at a $165 million dollar IT services company (CGS, Inc.). He was instrumental in helping take a $300,000 training division and turning it into a $6.5 million dollar division. After personally witnessing the chaos in Manhattan on 9/11, and due to the economic changes in the Northeast, Doug seized the opportunity to open EDvantage, LLC in September 2002. Despite the poor economy, he hit the ground running and provided over 10,000 days of training to IBM alone, grossing $750,000 in sales his first year. It is his dedication to resourcing quality instructors and courseware for his clients that makes Class Trainers the success that it is. Doug was also Chairperson of TEN-J, (Technical Educators of New Jersey), a position held for six years. He organized and facilitated monthly meetings and supervised a board of six industry professionals.
