I have been in the IT industry since 2007, lovin' every year of that time with The AME Group. I've served in many roles in this company but started as a Field Service Technician, working out of the Purdue West Lafayette campus from 2007 to 2012. In that time, I served AME customers in a wide variety of industries including education, healthcare, government, and manufacturing. In 2012, I moved to a role with Franciscan Health in Lafayette, as a tier 2 Desktop Support Technician. In 2013, I was promoted to Service Technician Lead of our Western Region team. In 2014, I was promoted to Enterprise Account Service Manager of the Franciscan service agreement, a role that I still serve in today. I’ve worked with an array of amazingly talented employees over the past 16 years and look forward to connecting with all of you in the future!
