I’m passionate about working with companies to leverage technology to solve their strategic business problems. As a member of Accenture’s Global Leadership Council, I have the opportunity to do that in two ways: First, as the global lead for Technology Strategy, a key investment area for Accenture, I advise senior business and technology leaders and the C-suite on how technology, data and AI can be used as lever to address strategic business challenges—and consequently how to shape technology strategies for business reinvention. And second, as head of Accenture’s Technology Strategy & Advisory practice in EMEA, I help our clients create new value and growth by accelerating their technology-driven and industry-relevant enterprise reinventions. Previously, I led Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting Cloud First business across Europe, Middle East, and Africa, advising companies on how to realize value from their cloud investments. With almost three decades of strategic business, digital and technology strategy consulting experience, I have helped companies across industries including banking, wealth management, private equity and insurance as well as pharmaceuticals and manufacturing industries to define and execute technology-driven strategies to drive profitability, launch new digital businesses, and enable large-scale transformations. When not helping our clients to tackle their most urgent business and technology challenges, you can find me sharing my experience with students at University of St. Gallen and ETH Zurich as a guest lecturer. In my free time, I’m a competitive skier in the Swiss Alps, and once and a while I’ve been known to catch a wave on a surfboard in the Mediterranean.
