I started my career in 2016, working in the administrative area of a family business in the state of Pará. In 2019, I moved to Belo Horizonte, where I started my studies in the Psychology course, dedicating myself since the beginning of graduation to the Human Resources area with an emphasis on in Organizational Human Development. During this period I had the opportunity to have worked in the sales and administrative area, deepening my knowledge in People Management through monitoring and internships. I had the opportunity to be responsible for the Automaker Training Management at Carbel Auto Group, which is a process developed in automakers such as Nissan, Jeep, Fiat, Renault, Volkswagen, Hyundai, AUDI, Banzai and Triumph. I worked on the development of the PTI STOP Development project. At the moment, I have been dedicating myself to continuous development programs, along with my work at Sicoob Credicom, through the management of training at Sicoob Universidade and other learning projects, applying the most current engagement methodologies and correlating the growth of the brand and company with the of employee development, thus making the business increasingly sustainable and collaborative.
