Started my professional career at Google in 2006 (India) as an entry level ad reviewer and in the 13.5 years there, I grew as a business and product leader managing and growing $XXXM ARR in business revenues across the advertiser, publisher and developer-facing teams in AdWords, AdSense, DoubleClick, Chrome, Google Play & Android. As the VP of Developer Products and Business at HeadSpin (Testing platform for web/app experiences on real devices/networks), I launched our first self service offering along with establishing PLG motions focused on our users (FE developers and QA) and built paths to augment enterprise sales. We worked through the ups and downs, be it fundraising for Series C, recapitalization, and working hard to build back the company's credibility. As the EVP & GM of Catchpoint's Developer Business with WebPageTest (open-source dev platform for web perf analysis, their first acquisition), my team and I delivered a self-serve scaled platform solution with a powerful roadmap where we took a $0 dev platform to $XM ARR. Transformed Catchpoint in 2 yrs from a traditional enterprise-only sales company into a hybrid business model with SMB growth. We also set up the Developer Experience Engineering team by hiring engineers from within the developer community.
