I am a financial services executive with more than 20 years of broad experience in healthcare, software development, and services industries. I have taken on leadership roles everywhere I have worked. I love to learn how the core business operates and how I can help the business run more profitably. But more importantly, I love training and mentoring people. I have worked at all sizes of organizations ranging from $2m to $6b in annual revenue in the public and private sector. I showcased my entrepreneurial spirit by starting my own baseball card business right out of high school and later on in my career picked up a few consulting jobs on the side. I enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment where the value is placed on innovation and results. In addition to the typical duties of a Controller, I am very organized and have project managed numerous ERP conversions, change management initiatives, and continuous improvement programs. I am a wiz on the computer. I have developed several applications: dental lab software, order fulfillment program for a publishing company, commissions programs, chiller maintenance and tracking application and many budgeting/forecasting apps. My interests include working out, walking my dog Finn, softball, golf, bowling and following the Packers and Brewers.
