I am currently in the process of transitioning manual paper based forms and workflows to automated web-based spreadsheets to more easily gather, track, and manage workflows and information across departments. Transitioned a paper based, manually managed Document Management System to a web based platform that cut time spent on document management by 20-25%, increased functionality, and accessibility/usability of documents. I also have technical expertise with a wide range of technologies including, WAN/LAN networking, SD-WAN, Server Administration, Virtualization (Hyper-V and VMWare), Cloud, SQL, Microsoft 365, VOIP, SSO, Windows, Microsoft Server, OSX, IOS, Android, and more. In all that I do I strive to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. I believe for change to be effective within an organization, you need buy in from all levels.
