I am a self-motivated and focused IT professional with an AAS in Computer Information Systems along with an AAS in Electricity and Electronics. I am currently employed as an IT Administrator in a manufacturing environment. This requires me to be persistent in keeping our organization's software and hardware infrastructure up to date and eliminating or reducing any manufacturing downtime while also providing Help Desk Support to all employees within the organization. My proudest accomplishment so far is my involvement in the successful transition to Microsoft Dynamics NAV for Glenoit Fabrics. While it was not a flawless transition from their outdated AS/400 based ERP system, it was a rewarding and learning experience. My current position with Georg Utz Inc. is allowing me to expand on my past experience in a manufacturing environment by implementing state of the art Information Technology practices merged with modern manufacturing practices. By implementing automated ERP software and hardware I strive to continue to learn and keep my career moving forward.
