My name is Manuel Pachter, I´m specialized in ads on different platforms, mainly Meta and Google. When I started working in the industry, I noticed that there was a controversial topic between generalist and specialist agencies: On one hand, if you are a specialist agency owner, you are going to be very good at what you do, but your client is going to need to work with 2 o 3 agencies. On the other hand, if you are a generalist agency owner, you are going to solve all your client´s problems. But you will be lacking specialty in your services. This clearly isn´t in all of the cases, but I saw this in many opportunities while working in the industry. 4 years ago, I founded a performance agency that colaborates with marketing agencies (creative or web development oriented) to offer a specialized ad service to its clients. Therefore, the agency doesn´t lose its specialty, and it can offer a more complete variety of services to its clients, without any risk. We become agency partners, where we work as white label. Some of the things that I like the most are teaching and learning, that´s why I am here. I hope to be able to contribute and learn a lot in this network!
