My duties included Office Management, Billing Supervision of Medicare and Commercial Insurance Home Health and Hospice Claims, Training of new and current associates, Customer Support, and Collections. I contracted with various temporary agencies doing work though out the United States. It was a requirement of those agencies, that I be able to suffuse into any position for a client and fill all work requirements for any position assigned to me to accomplish the Client’s Company goals. I am very adept at stepping into any situation and mastering new or existing computer systems and workloads. I feel confident that my skills for learning are above average and based wholly on professionalism. I am a hard worker and push myself to meet levels of perfection in my performance. My office management skills have been demonstrated numerous times in new and existing companies, and I administer my strengths in organization and people skills, I productively incorporate current office procedures into any position I procure. My customer service experience is extensive. I learn quickly, have an eye for detail, and an assertive, take-charge attitude.
