Matt has developed industry specialisations in the property development, building and construction, IT and wine industries. He acts for a number of highly acclaimed wineries and wine makers. He also acts for business owners and high net worth individuals, making sure their personal assets are protected, whilst ensuring they are structured tax effectively, taking advantage of superannuation strategies. A critical part of his philosophy is ensuring that clients receive appropriate strategic advice at all parts of their business and personal journey, including working with business owners to ensure retention and incentivisation strategies are in place and corporate governance is best practice, whilst also ensuring succession and estate planning mechanisms are considered.
