Miftahul Mardiyah

As a Communications Officer at the American Indonesian Exchange Foundation (AMINEF), the Fulbright Commission in Indonesia, I have over nine years of experience in outreach, event management, and alumni engagement. My mission is to promote educational and cultural exchange between the US and Indonesia through various scholarship and fellowship programs. I design and execute online and offline events that inform and attract prospective applicants, as well as showcase the achievements and impacts of our grantees and alumni. In 2023, I organized and hosted more than 70 events, engaged over 120 alumni speakers, more than 20 institutions and 7,000 participants across Indonesia. I also manage and engage a network of more than 4,500 alumni, who are leaders and innovators in their fields and communities. Additionally, I support the communication and coordination with the US Embassy, Indonesian government, media, and higher education institutions, to enhance the visibility and reputation of the Fulbright and fellowship programs.
