At Bisconni it started with design change of Rite Sandwich to Novita Wafer till to date. At Ismail, managing a portfolio of 50+ brands and 20+ vendors for their three SBUs that are Candyland, Bisconni and Snackcity. Managing a procurement cycle of per month of around 120 million PKR A part from that also includes Planning, Sourcing, Procurement, Development, Cost Saving Modules, Alternate Material Sourcing, Alternate Supplier Sourcing, GMPs, SOPs, Negotiation Techniques, Vendor Development, Vendor Management and so on. Saved around 50 million PKR till to date from the joining and execution of proper supply chain function.
