MY PROFILE
A seasoned management professional with over twenty years in leadership roles, across eleven countries, and three continents, with rich experience running companies as a founder, director, and investor.
As a marketer I have worked with multinational brands such as W-Hotels, Samsung, Ultra Music Festival, Topshop, and Absolut Vodka, and also helped many early to mid-stage companies with their marketing strategies.
I have worked within numerous sectors, for both public and private companies, and even non-profits, and the more I experience the more it becomes clear that the core strategic challenges are much the same whichever industry you are in.
My experience in operational roles leading and scaling businesses enables me to diagnose and solve Marketing problems at the organisational level, rather than in a siloed capacity.

THE BACK STORY
After many years expanding Abercrombie & Fitch's flagship store concept around the world in what was in part a leadership development and an in-house consulting role, I went out on my own.
In September 2013 in Singapore, I set up Osborne Holdings as a marketing and events agency.
In late 2014 we launched Eyes To The Front, which became the music and events arm, adding artist management to our activities, while Osborne Holdings continued to operate as a marketing agency.
2016 saw the launch of a record label under the Eyes To The Front brand, and we have seen industry leaders such as &ME, Culoe De Song, Dennis Sulta, and Stefano Ritteri playing our releases.
Over time the marketing business, now branded 'oh', has shifted from the agency model, to a hybrid consulting model, with project ranging from one-off research and strategy projects, to longer term fractional involvement.
