I am a technology leader with over 20 years of experience developing software solutions in the IT industry. My career began in Argentina, where I helped set up a startup as the CTO and hyper-grew a consulting company from 60 to 120 employees as the Staff Area Manager. I then relocated to the US to build the relationship between Globant (consulting company) and Johnson & Johnson, where I raised the ARR from $2M to $6M in less than a year. Globant, ranked by Brand Finance as “the fastest-growing IT brand and fifth strongest IT brand globally,” is present in over 33 countries and works with companies like Google, Electronic Arts, Netflix, HSBC, J&J, Ubisoft, and L’Oreal. Later, I was recruited and relocated to Sweden as the Head of Engineering for CheckProof, where I doubled the team size and implemented a modern SDLC approach. In 2022, I moved to Canada as the Senior Engineering Manager for Andela, where I developed the 3x team structure and expansion strategy to support the ongoing hyper-growth process. Andela has been backed by several prominent investors, including the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Spark Capital, and GV (formerly Google Ventures), among others. Throughout my career, I have managed distributed and multicultural teams of 7 to 40 engineers, ensuring product quality and delivery while reporting to multiple stakeholders, including executive and C-level leaders.
