Saba Rahbar's Summary

I am a plant based chef and nutrition consultant, working privately with families, and consulting for restaurants. I tailor make menus based on my clients needs using my culinary skills and knowledge from plant based nutrition, and personal research in eastern practises of Ayurveda and Chinese medicine. I travel a lot for work, depending on where my projects take me. In recent years I've been in Los Angeles, Ibiza, Mallorca, Dubai, and Geneva. I started off running my own home-based catering business in 2014 providing fresh, whole, plant based foods to the residents of Doha. I created a product line of homemade healthy treats and taught cooking workshops and talks. My aim is to cultivate awareness around eating nourishing foods, sharing their benefits and to help empower people by giving them the tools to do so. My discovery into plant based food started after I got ill and decided to take my health into my own hands and embark on this beautiful journey of health and wellness. I managed to get my health back on track after a year of intense cleansing and eating a whole food plant based diet.
