I am an information technology executive with over 20 years of experience driving digital innovation strategy and large-scale transformation initiatives in highly regulated large organizations. Currently I lead the enterprise digital innovation strategy and governance for BMO, a multinational bank with over CAD$1.14 Trillion in assets. In this role, I spearhead the research and adoption of cutting-edge technologies, navigating market uncertainties, driving growth and enhancing customer experience through the integration of technologies like generative AI, blockchain, and the immersive technologies. With a strong focus on strategic leadership and innovation enablement, my role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders across technology ecosystem and spearheading change management on a large scale. Outside of finance, I mentor and invest in tech startups spanning across industries, serving on the board of advisors of several deep tech accelerators and academic entrepreneurship programs. My mission is to drive high-impact technology innovation for a better society. Additionally, I am also an owner of a mental health care facility for the past 17 years, working with government and partners in Canadian healthcare system, supporting and advocating for those most vulnerable in our society and improve public policy setting.
