1. After 18 years of successful Army career, I have taken voluntary retirement and started working in the civil and international society since 2006. As a member of a corporate team, I can explore my experience in the garment sector in the periphery of Production, Planning, Marketing, Quality, HR, Compliance, Administration and Supply Chain. Have the experience of working in a multi-cultural environment with variety of nationalities. 2. I was Stuck of Duty (SOD) from Bangladesh Army on 24 Dec 06 and Stuck of Strength (SOS) on 24 Dec 07. Started services in the private sector since 01 Jan 2007. 3. Out of 16 years of service in the private sector, the maximum of my service is in a senior management position. Have the capacity to coordinate, evaluate, foresee and give the correct directives in time. Believe in team work and team spirit. Monitor and supervise the work regularly to deliver the product in due time. Have the experience of running sweater, woven and denim projects independently. My experiences in sweater, woven and denim projects enriched my sourcing capacity in Bangladesh factories. Understand the temperament of garment workers, environment and the industry. 4. Worked for sOliver, Esprit, Spring Field, Aldi, Tchibo, Tom Tailor, M&S, George, Tesco, Debenham, H&M, Primark, Zara, Target Australia, K Mart, Cotton On, Jules, Gemo, Lindex, C&A, Carters, Kohls, GAP, G Star, GU, Uniqlo, Bankotex, etc. 5. More specialized in below Sectors: a. RMG Sector (Planning, Production, Quality and Marketing specially in sweater manufacturing). b. Human Resource Management. c. Administration and CSR d. Security and Intelligence. e. Logistics & Supply Chain. Competent in any of above sector in Senior Management Position.
